This park consists of 20 units. All units have peaked roofs, vinyl siding, vinyl replacement windows, and include individual water/sewer hook ups. The park is right across the street from the post office and is about one mile from Procter and Gamble, Mehoopany plant. This plant is Procter and Gamble’s largest paper manufacturing facility in the world. Park is ideal for large project housing and can accommodate up to 60 people (three per unit). Units may also be rented individually. Located just off of PA State Route 87, it is on the main highway between Wyoming county and the Lycoming County which is heavily traveled by the Marcellus Shale industry.
